New flag requests

Added a couple of new flags to the website that two of my customers requested.

Two Dutch 80 Years War flags.


The white banner with the blue diagonal line has the abbreviation L.T.D.P. meaning in Dutch: "Liever Turkx Dan Paaps." translated to English, it says "Rather Turkish than Papish."

I also included a Bragg's Corps, Army of Mississippi-Pattern #1 flag for the Battle of Shiloh.

New Thirty Years War Imperialist Flags

After the clear favourite in the Blog Poll im working on some WSS Dutch regiments but in the mean time i finally completed some of the reworked TYW Catholic Imperialist Flags. I finished the designs a few weeks ago but i hadn't got round to putting them into a presentable format.

I have done a little update on the old Transfers and included a few new ones.

You get 60 transfers on a sheet which should be more than enough for any Regiment. We have some Special sets for some Regiments and also the customisable range that you can select the Regiment Numbers.

New Official Conquest Games Transfers

We are pleased to announce that we have released two sets of transfers for the Conquest game Norman boxsets.

Conquest asked if i could make them some transfers for their boxsets that they could as on their site and at shows as well. Conquest released them at Salute and im now putting them on the Flags of War site.

Each sheets comes with enough transfers for each of the boxsets and a sheets of paper flags. Each set also comes with instructions on how to apply them.

Death of Douglas winner

My little girl picked the winner tonight for the Death of Douglas vignette painted by David Imrie tonight. The winner was Philip Hatton and the piece will going to him this week. Im gutted to be letting it go as i love it.

The New release from Flags of War is the 28mm New and Refreshed AWI British Flags. They cover the majority of the British Regiments in North America during the the American War of Independence. We have refreshed all of the old flags and the we have also the 1770 Pattern British flags.

Caronnade 2013

Thanks to the Falkirk District Wargames Club for a good show yesterday and i look forward to next year. Flags of War and Claymore Castings had a stall at the show and it was great to old and new people from scene.
